Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/14/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from11:25am-12:20pm. There were 7 children (18 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and transitioning to naptime. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
