Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/16/2023 from 12:20pm to 1:05pm. There were 5 children ages 2 years to age 4 years old (10 points) with the Provider and an assistant. The programming area, attendance, outdoor playground area, menus, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, 5 children?s records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Children were observed napping and transitioning to nap. Handwashing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
