Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/17/2024 from 9:30am to 10:25am with the Provider. There were 10 children ages 10 months to age 11 years old (10 points) with the Provider and 1 assistant. The programming area, attendance, outdoor play area, menus, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, 6 children?s records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. Children were observed participating in transitioning from snack to outdoor play and clean up activities. Handwashing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in CPR and First Aid training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
