Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 16, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection was from 12:05 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. On this date, there were 21 children present and in the care of five staff members. Four staff members' records and three children's records were reviewed. There was no medication on-site or being administrated which is the new policy of the provider.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found
