An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on June 16, 2022 from 12:05 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in response to a complaint received on 06/04/2022 by the Office of Child Care Health and Safety Valley Regional Office. Two interviews were conducted with staff, two children's records, daily schedules, attendance sheets and parent handbooks were reviewed. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid." There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
