Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 11, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. through 11:30 a.m. Upon arrival, there were 23 children, ages 4 months through 4, in the care of 6staff.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children and 2 staff records were reviewed.
