Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 11, 2024 between the hours of 10:30 am through 11:30am. There were a total of eight children (17points) observed with two caregivers. A total of five children's files and four staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, dancing and singing, bathroom breaks, hand washing, and other organized activities.
