An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 13, 2023. Upon arrival, there were a total of 6 children under the care of 1 staff present. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 household/staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
