An unannounced, on-site Renewal Inspection was conducted on September 24, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:15 pm and ended at 2:55 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There was one 2 year old child present under the care of the Provider. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 2 staff/household records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews and observations.
