Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 11/07/2022 between 12:50pm and 1:50pm. There were 4 children present with the provider supervising. Children were observed during rest time, participating in imaginative play, and utilizing flash cards to identify colors, skills, and emotions, The provider was engaging and encouraging with the children. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical equipment and environment, care of children, programming, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 3 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, 1 of 2 household member records reviewed did not contain documentation of a current report of tuberculosis screening form every two years.

Evidence: The tuberculosis screening documentation for household member #1 was dated 10/06/2020.
Plan of Correction: I will call today to get it completed.
