Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Eight children were present with two caregivers for twenty seven points which is within ratios for supervision. Observed children in free play using large duplo blocks and musical instruments. The physical space both upstairs and downstairs (nap area) were child proofed. Lunch to be served today was chicken soup with vegetables, fruit and milk. Records for two children were reviewed as well as staff trainings and background checks. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
