Inspector Notes

An inspection was initiated and concluded on May 26, 2022 in response to request to modify the current license. Three classrooms were reviewed and measured. There is a stipulation on the current license restricting classroom use to seven of the 10 classroom spaces available in the building. The recommendation will be to remove this stipulation so that the entire building is a part of the license. It is noted that only two of the three classrooms have direct egress to outside. Therefore, the classroom without direct egress to outside may not be used by children fore whom building codes require direct egress to outside. There will be no change in the overall capacity of 285.
