An unannounced inspection was initiated on June 24, 2025 and completed on June 24, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on April 1, 2025 relating to allegation of behavior guidance. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site on June 24, 2025. This inspection included document review and interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
