Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on June 10, 2024. There were three children in care with the licensed provider and one additional caregiver. Children present ranged in age from five to seven years old. Children present totaled eight points. Children were observed engaged in indoor exploratory play activities. Household, caregiver and children's records were reviewed. Additionally, required postings, emergency evacuation drills and emergency equipment were reviewed. A single violation regarding maintaining emergency evacuation documentation was found, reviewed with the licensed provider and appears on the violation notice.

1Evidence:
1 - Documentation of emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drills for one year was not available for review during the inspection.
2 - The licensed provider stated that she had documentation only for the past four months.
