Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.
A complaint inspection was initiated and concluded on 12/17/21. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of behavior management and administration policies. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. Two staff members were interviewed, one child's record and center policies were reviewed to complete the investigation. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards.
