Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/9/23 from 10 am to 11:25 am. There were 68 children present in direct care and supervision of 19 staff. The children were observed practicing for an upcoming graduation ceremony, circle time and learning shapes, numbers and colors. A total of 3 children's records, 3 staff records, emergency drill records, first aid kits and medications were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
