Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/17/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 12:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (76) children present and (17) staff. The inspector reviewed (5) children?s records and (5) staff records on-site on 10/17/2024.
This inspection included: document review (files, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms); tour of the facility; and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
