An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/29/2023 from 8:30 am-9:30 am. There were 3 children (8 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver record, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
