Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/5/2023 from 10:35 am to 11:41 am. There were 3 children supervised by 1 direct caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver's records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely and eating. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website. Based on observation and interview, potentially poisonous substances and materials were not stored away in an area inaccessible to children.

Evidence: A container of disinfecting wipes was found on the bottom of a shelf across from the toilet in the children's bathroom.
