Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/5/2023 from 10:35 am to 11:41 am. There were 3 children supervised by 1 direct caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver's records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely and eating. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website. Violations
7Evidence: A container of disinfecting wipes was found on the bottom of a shelf across from the toilet in the children's bathroom.
Evidence: The toaster and coffee maker in the home were not unplugged and were not in use at the time of the inspection.
Evidence: In the napping room, a power strip on a shelf near the TV had four uncovered outlets.
Evidence: Six bottles of vitamins were found on a floating shelf in the kitchen unlocked.
Evidence: Adhesive tape was missing from the first aid kit.
Evidence: The last annual review of the emergency plan was dated 11/29/2022.
Evidence: The menu is not displayed or distributed to parents, and the Provider stated that they notify parents of what the children eat on the day of.
