An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted to investigate a complaint received by the department related to Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The inspection was initiated on 02/01/2022 and concluded on 03/16/2022 with an exit interview. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support non-compliance with any standards or law and no violations were issued.
