An unannounced inspection was conducted to investigate a complaint received by the department related to Parental Involvement. The inspection was initiated on 3/16/2022 and concluded on 3/23/22 with an exit interview. Staff were interviewed and documentation was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the inspection did not support noncompliance with any standards or law therefore the complaint is considered not valid.
