Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 4/8/2025 as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:55 am and ended at 10:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household members records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2The belt straps were not in use for 2 children in highchairs that were eating snack.
The diaper changing pad has a small tear.
