Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/06/2023 from approximately 10:15 a.m. ? 11:30 a.m. There were 8 children present ranging in ages from age 4-8 years old. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 5 child records, 1 caregiver record, and 2 household members were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined a violation with applicable standards.
