Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 8/23/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 62 children present, ranging in ages from 4 months to 5 years, with 15 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.

Based on interview, the center did not provide to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction.
Evidence:
1. Staff A stated the Fire Marshall inspected the center in July 2021, but did not have a copy of the inspection.
Plan of Correction: The Fire Marshall was contacted by phone and will be sending a copy of the inspection.
