An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 02/11/2025 as part of an enforcement watch status. The inspection began at 10:15a.m. and ended at 11:30a.m. One staff file was reviewed. This inspection included: document review, tour of the center, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
