An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 02/12/2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 02/04/2026 relating to allegations of special care and emergencies. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
