An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 3-5-25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 2-28-25 relating to nutrition. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s records on-site on 3-5-25. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
