Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced Monitor Inspection on February 13, 2023. There were 22 children ages 12 month to 4 years old present under the direct care of 5 staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 5 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
