Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 9/15/25. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were eight children present with two staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included:
