Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on July 8, 2025 and completed on July 8, 2025. The Department issued a Notice of Intent on Probation and Require Licensee to Contact Parents, Guardians or Other Responsible Persons Regarding Health and Safety Violations on March 26, 2025 as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 10:35 a.m. and ended at 11:10 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included observations, interviews, tour of the facility, and playground measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
