Inspector Notes

A self-reported incident regarding supervision was reported on May 5, 2023 and initiated on the same day. In the course of that investigation other concerns came to light regarding teacher child interactions and infant feeding. During the investigation staff were interviewed, one child and parent were interviewed, former staff were interviewed children and staff records were reviewed, center documents including attendance sheets, daily notes, and staff notes. The information gathered does not support the allegations. Therefore, there were not any violations cited.
