Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/9/2021, The administrator was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 46 children present, ranging in ages from toddler to preschool with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Two emergency medication authorizations and medication storage, allergy documentation, emergency preparation and 2 newly hired staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
