Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on May 9, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 a.m. and ended at 11:00 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and one staff. This inspection included tour of the facility and measurements. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
