An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 08/29/2024. The on-site inspection began at 3:10 pm and ended at 4:10 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were seven children present and two caregivers; the point total was twenty. The inspector reviewed seven children?s records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included:
