Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 06/03/2025 and completed on 06/08/2025. The on-site inspection began at10:00 AM and ended at 12:30 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 31 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 5 staff on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1In the 2- and 3-year-old classroom there was a prescription diaper cream that was administered and was not documented on the medication log.
