Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 8:50 am until 10:10 am. There were 6 children present (20 points) with 2 caregivers supervising. The home, children's records, caregiver's records, evacuation drills, first aid certification, menu's and emergency preparedness procedures were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Clorox wipes were stored on a shelf in the kitchen accessible to children.
Evidence:
Child #1 and Child #5 each had a diaper change, but neither child's hands were washed after the change.
