Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on March 2, 2022. There were 6 children present directly supervised by 2 staff present during the inspection. The children were observed during the visit in individual and group play.
Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition.
Breakfast today was oatmeal, bananas and milk. No medications on site at this time. All topical ointments reviewed and authorizations found complete.
The inspector reviewed on three child?s record and three staff records.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
