Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:45 am to 11:55 am. There were 7 children (22 points) in direct care of 3 caregivers. The children were observed playing with toys, napping and eating lunch. Children are currently bringing food from home. Infant cribs, equipment and bottles were checked for dates and crib compliance. Handwashing before lunch was observed. There were no medications on site. 3 children's records, 3 staff and 3 household member's records, attendance and emergency records were reviewed.
