The provider shall ensure that a caregiver does not exceed total points and determine if an additional caregiver is needed.
1. The provider had a total of 11 children present with two caregivers.
2. The total point count was 34. This was exceeding 32 points which is permitted for two caregivers (16 points per caregiver).

Plan of Correction: An additional caregiver was expected to come to work but fell sick. One child was picked up shortly after the inspection. We will ensure that we do not exceed points in the future.
