An unannounced, on-site initial subsidy inspection was initiated and completed on August 5, 2024, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:55am and ended at 3:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 96 children present and 28 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 10 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
