Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on and completed on 05/08/2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 04/24/2025 relating to allegations of (subsidy standard 8 VAC 20-790-720.E). The inspector reviewed (1) child?s records and interviewed (4) staff on-site on 05/08/2025.

This inspection included: document review (i.e. child's file, assessments, accident reports, incident reports, biting reports, policies and procedures); tour of the facility; interviews; and observation.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
