Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, 12/01/2022, from 8:50AM to 9:25AM. 11 children (24pts) were directly supervised by 4 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, required posted documents, evacuation drills, 3 children?s records and caregiver/household member records were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed dancing in gross motor activities, washing hands, preparing for snack, engaging with the caregivers and interacting with each other. Age appropriate activities and materials were available for the children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
