Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, 05/02/2023, from 10:50AM to 11:30AM. 12 children (31pts) were directly supervised by 2 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 2 children?s records, required posted documents, evacuation drills, caregiver/household member records and attendance were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed engaging in age appropriate activities, dancing and interacting with each other. Interactions with the caregivers were positive. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
