Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/15/2024 and completed on 8/15/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:45AM and ended at 11:40AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 31. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 caregiver records on-site. This inspection included document review (evacuation drills, attendance, required posted documents & the emergency preparedness plan), a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
