An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/12/2025 and completed on 08/12/2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:05PM and ended at 1:35PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 15. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and caregiver/household member records.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
