Inspector Notes

An in-person renewal inspection was conducted on on April 28, 2022 from 11:00am to 12:30pm. There were 66 children present with 14 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, were not maintained in a clean, safe, and operable condition.

Evidence: The wooden cover to the pond pump, located on the playground, was cracked and splintered.
Plan of Correction: We will put a work order in to get it fixed.
