Inspector Notes

A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on October 19, 2023 from 10:30am-11:30am. There were 73 children in care with 16 staff supervising. Children were observed playing a guessing game, eating snack, playing freely outside, and heading outside to play. Children showed off the "lungs" they created with balloons and straws to represent their upper respiratory system. Transitions were orderly and children moved well from their classroom to the playground. Snack served for the today was a bagel and cream cheese. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
