Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, documents review, and interviews. A virtual tour of the program was conducted at the center.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 01/06/2022 and concluded on 01/14/2022. The director was contacted by phone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 14 children present, ages 3 and 4, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
