Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was completed by the licensing inspector and the licensing administrator. There were 13 children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. One van was inspected. A total of five child records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:15 and ended at 11:30a.m
